Model WN-135R/2 Saw Blade Printer

The WN-135R/2 is a highly efficient, high volume 2 side 1 color or 1 side 2 color saw blade printing system.
The blades are both loaded and unloaded simultaneously with one 90 degree lateral rotation of  the robotic load / unload arm. After loading they indexed via the rotary indexing table under the 1st print head. The print is then applied and the printed blade is then advanced to the UV curing station for curing. The blade is then advanced to the rotation station where it is flipped over for 2nd side printing. If second side printing is not desired, the blade is then advanced to the second print head for the 2nd color application.
