Automatic Ink Cup Cleaning Units

Shown below are mechanical ink cup washing systems with rotating baskets and spray nozzles. The 150 to 180 F temperature of the solution along with the full coverage of the spraying nozzles assures a full cleaning of the cups. The heating of the solution assists in not only ink removal but quick drying of the cups once the hood is opened upon completion of the cleaning cycle.
