WS-43
This popular reddish colored plate is well suited to the requirements of the ad specialty market. Being water processed, it is
environmentally friendly yielding approximately 5000 cycles.

WS-58
All the benefits of WS-43 with the added benefit of deeper etch depth. The thicker gauge provides addition rigidity offering
better support for 140mm+ ink cups.

WSA-52
This premium plate is identified with a red gloss finish. WSA-52 is a very durable material with the environment benefits of water wash
processing. 20,000+ cycles can be expected.

S-30
This single exposure plate has been developed especially for pad printing, no tint screen exposure is required. It is usually used for fine
graphics or 4 color process applications.

S-43
This material has been a favorite in the pad printing industry for many years. It is identified by a pre-exposed gray color turning
olive green upon processing. After being processed with alcohol it will yield 10,000+ cycles.

S-58
All the benefits of S-43 with the added benefit of deeper etch depth. The thicker gauge provides addition rigidity offering
better support for 140mm+ ink cups.

ST-52
This premium alcohol wash plate is identified with a red gloss finish. ST-52 is the #1 premium plate in the North American pad plate
market due to it’s superior processing integrity and extreme durability. 50,000+ cycles are not uncommon.

Laser Plates
After extensive R&D and considering customer feedback, we have developed a laser etch plate that results in a generous fixed 25
micron depth. This plate is identified by a distinct powder blue finish. 10,000 stroke cycle life can be expected.
