Tom,
Please afford a few moments for me to share my and my team’s opinions regarding Winon USA and the ACP brand of transfer (pad) printers. The uniform response when asked was “highly reliable and repeatable machine capable of meeting the medical industry standards for performance” and “very responsive in regard to phone or on-site support”.
The Orchard Park, NY facility for Accellent, Inc., with the ACP system, has benefited several-fold through the incorporation of this technology. System uptime is above expectation. The quality of output remains well within both tolerance and control limits. Should we need to adjust on-the-fly the interface is one of the most user-friendly in the building. My only regret was the initial technology purchase from the “industry leader”. This purchase and the support received left a sour taste that left my team hesitant to pursue pad printing technology
Enter Winon USA... The time spent in person and conversation strengthened our confidence in the technology and we cautiously moved forward with the purchase of an ACP pad print system.
We’ve never looked back, have yet to find an issue or question that Tom and his team can not provide quick and effective support and look forward to working with Tom again should we decide to expand our printed product capability.

Our company has been using Winon Pad Printing equipment since 2003. We operate several Winon machines that have proven to be very reliable and trouble free. The maintenance is minimal and spare parts are always available. Having access to Winon USA's pad printing expertise has been invaluable to our company over the last eight years. Tom and his staff have always been responsive to solving our application challenges. We look forward to adding more equipment to our operation.

I just wanted to let you know that I am very happy with my new Winon 4 color pad printer and my new Winon Screen printer. I just completed my first job for a local bar in Hayward and I am very impressed in the speed, accuracy, and ease it was to get the job done. I can't express how much I appreciate your help on all aspects of my new machines. From the very fist day I talked to you in Vegas to right now, the customer service has been outstanding. When I needed to talk to you, you have been there. AWESOME!! I'm so happy I didn't buy my machines anywhere else. The price, the support, and you having the knowledge of printing had made my experience a happy one. If I here of a business needing machines I without a doubt five them your name.

Excellent tech support and reliable customer service

I would like to take a few moments to express my feelings and opinions regarding Winon USA there employees and key personal, especially Tom Dundas. If I were to encapsulate all of my positive opinions of the afore mentioned parties into one phrase I think it would have to be "amazing customer service". The incredible customer service of the personnel represented by Winon USA is evidenced to me everyday through the courtesy, knowledge, experience and responsiveness of Winon.

My company Custom Poker Kings uses pad printing technology extensively as a key component of the company. In 2004 I regret to say that we purchased a pad printing machine from another company. Since that time we have spoken to Representatives from the other company only a handful of times. Those conversations were usually because we had technical questions regarding the equipment we purchased, needed additional supplies or had simple questions. The overall responsiveness, lack of knowledge and lack of professionalism led us to search for new support of our existing machinery. That was when we grew our relationship with Winon. Keep in mind that Winon did not sell us our existing machine nor were they totally familiar with the machine we owned. To make things even more challenging my company is in San Diego, Ca and Winon USA is based in New York. Even with these difficult obstacles Tom and Winon USA provide the most amazing customer support my company could hope for.!

Since our relationship with Winon USA has grown, Tom has become not only a trusted adviser to my company he has also become a good friend to all of us here. We are very fortunate that our company is continuing to grow and we are also very fortunate for this relationship. A portion of the credit for that growth continues to go to the staff of Winon USA. We look forward to the future with the reliable technical support and customer service of the Winon USA staff.
