I just wanted to let you know that I am very happy with my new Winon 4 color pad printer and my new Winon Screen printer. I just completed my first job for a local bar in Hayward and I am very impressed in the speed, accuracy, and ease it was to get the job done. I can't express how much I appreciate your help on all aspects of my new machines. From the very fist day I talked to you in Vegas to right now, the customer service has been outstanding. When I needed to talk to you, you have been there. AWESOME!! I'm so happy I didn't buy my machines anywhere else. Excellent tech support and reliable customer service..........................

I would like to take a few moments to express my feelings and opinions regarding Winon USA there employees and key personal, especially Tom Dundas. If I were to encapsulate all of my positive opinions of the afore mentioned parties into one phrase I think it would have to be "amazing customer service". The incredible customer service of the personnel represented by Winon USA is evidenced to me everyday through the courtesy, knowledge, experience and responsiveness of Winon.

My company Custom Poker Kings uses pad printing technology extensively as a key component of the company. In 2004 I regret to say that we purchased a pad printing machine from another company. Since that time we have spoken to Representatives from the other company only a handful of times. Those conversations were usually because we had technical questions regarding the equipment we purchased, needed additional supplies or had simple questions. The overall responsiveness, lack of knowledge and lack of professionalism led us to search for new support of our existing machinery. That was when we grew our relationship with Winon. Keep in mind that Winon did not sell us our existing machine nor were they totally familiar with the machine we owned. To make things even more challenging my company is in San Diego, Ca and Winon USA is based in New York. Even with these difficult obstacles Tom and Winon USA provide the most amazing customer support my company could hope for.!

Since our relationship with Winon USA has grown, Tom has become not only a trusted adviser to my company he has also become a good friend to all of us here. We are very fortunate that our company is continuing to grow and we are also very fortunate for this relationship. A portion of the credit for that growth continues to go to the staff of Winon USA. Owner of several Winon machines.........................

We are a custom pad printing shop, and currently have five machines. Four of our machines are Winon products and the other one would have been Winon had we know about them when we first started our business six years ago.

We have a Winon 132E - 6 colour pad printer with an 18 station carousel. We use this machine strictly for printing golf balls, the registration is perfect and the machine printed over 30,000 dozen golf balls this year alone. We also have a Winon 122AFE Roll Printer, which we use for printing stripes on driving range golf balls and other long images we need to print.

Our first concern when buying a machine from an overseas manufacturer would be parts and service. Winon USA specifically has been extremely helpful from the moment we purchased our machines, to any further technical questions we have up to and including today. There knowledge of the pad printing industry is exceptional. As for parts, the machines have not had any problems from the day we took them out of their crates.

In the process of purchasing our third and fourth machines we researched all of the Pad Printing equipment suppliers and found that Winon equipment was exceptionally priced and appeared to be quality equipment.

After receiving and using our machines we are delighted with the equipment. We highly recommend Winon USA and their equipment for a number of reasons, dependability, price and service. We have researched every Pad Printing machine supplier.
